Monique Miles, LPC
Monique Miles is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Parenthood & Relationship Coach, and the founder of Momentum Counseling and Consulting. Before Baby Blueprint started with her own pregnancy. While she and her partner were expecting their first child, they went looking for something like premarital counseling, but for the transition into parenthood: a structured way to sit down together and talk through the big questions before exhaustion and instinct made those conversations harder to have. They couldn’t find anything like it. So Monique built it herself. Today, Monique works with expecting parents, new parents and couples build the clarity, teamwork, and connection that’s hard to find time for once the baby arrives.
Before Baby Blueprint reflects her professional experience and is offered as a general educational resource, not therapy, coaching or individualized professional advice.
