Refund policy

Digital-Product Refund Policy Before Baby Blueprint is delivered as a digital product. Because customers receive access to downloadable content immediately after purchase, digital purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the files or download link have been delivered or accessed, except where a refund is required by applicable law.Please review the product description, file type, device requirements, and personal-use terms before purchasing. If you receive a damaged or unreadable file, cannot access the download, are charged more than once for the same purchase, or receive the wrong file, contact hello@beforebabyblueprint.com within 14 days of purchase. We will first attempt to provide a replacement file or correct the delivery issue. Approved refunds, when applicable, will be returned to the original payment method. We do not provide refunds solely because a customer changes their mind, does not use the workbook, lacks compatible software, or expected a physical product when the listing clearly identified the item as a digital download, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
