Terms of Service
Agreement
These Terms of Use govern access to Momentum Counseling and Consulting PLLC and the purchase or use of Before Baby Blueprint and related digital materials offered by Momentum Counseling and Consulting, PLLC (“Momentum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the website, purchasing the product, or using the materials, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the product.
Educational product; no professional relationship
Before Baby Blueprint is a general educational resource. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, legal advice, diagnosis, treatment, crisis intervention, or emergency support. A purchase or use of the website or workbook does not create a therapist-client, coach - client, counselor-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, or other professional relationship with Monique Miles, LPC, or Momentum Counseling and Consulting, PLLC. Any counseling or coaching, professional service offered separately by Momentum is governed by separate intake, informed-consent, eligibility, privacy, and service agreements. Purchasing the workbook does not enroll the purchaser in coaching, counseling or establish eligibility for services.
Personal-use license
Digital purchases are licensed, not sold. The Personal-Use License in Section 4 of this packet is incorporated into these terms. The license is limited to the purchaser and their partner within the same household. Professional, group, classroom, organizational, and client use requires separate written permission.
Intellectual property
The website and workbook—including text, prompts, exercises, layout, graphics, branding, and downloadable files—are owned by or licensed to Momentum Counseling and Consulting, PLLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights transfer with purchase. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, use automated tools to scrape or copy protected content, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the workbook in a manner prohibited by the Personal-Use License.
Purchases and digital delivery
Prices, availability, file formats, and product descriptions may change before purchase. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and using compatible software and devices. Digital delivery may be provided by a third-party ecommerce or file-delivery provider. Contact hello@beofroebabyblueprint.com if a purchased file is missing, damaged, or inaccessible.
Refunds
Digital purchases are subject to the Digital-Product Refund Policy and any non-waivable rights under applicable law. Marketplace purchases are also subject to the applicable marketplace’s terms and processes.
Crisis and emergency use prohibited
The workbook and website are not monitored crisis services. Do not use email, contact forms, social messages, downloads, or workbook responses to request emergency assistance. In an immediate medical or safety emergency, call 911 or the applicable local emergency number. In the United States, call or text 988 for the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to or use third-party services, marketplaces, payment processors, analytics providers, social platforms, or public resources. Those parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not guarantee or endorse the continued availability, accuracy, or suitability of third-party content.
No guarantees
Individual circumstances and results vary. Momentum does not guarantee that use of the workbook will prevent conflict, improve a relationship, produce a particular parenting experience, identify a medical or mental-health condition, or achieve any specific personal, clinical, financial, or legal outcome.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and workbook are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Momentum Counseling and Consulting, PLLC and Monique Miles, LPC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from access to or use of the website or workbook. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
